Housing-stock facts at a point (Census ACS, national)

Census ACS tract-level housing-stock characteristics near a point: units, age, tenure, and vacancy for agents researching an area. Returns the same records as locus_housing_stock. Use this when your client can only call paid x402 routes. Use locus_housing_stock instead when you can call Locus free tools (REST tools/call or MCP).

Response

Atomic read result. A substantive result is paid; an empty/out-of-coverage result carries charged:false (x402 settlement suppressed).
