HUD Fair Market Rents by county (national, token-gated)

HUD Fair Market Rents for a US county by fiscal year, efficiency through 4-bedroom, from the HUD USER API, for program-rent questions. Returns the same records as locus_fair_market_rents. Use this when your client can only call paid x402 routes. Use locus_fair_market_rents instead when you can call Locus free tools (REST tools/call or MCP).

Optional HUD fiscal year, 2015-2030; omit for source default/latest.

Response

Atomic read result. A substantive result is paid; an empty/out-of-coverage result carries charged:false (x402 settlement suppressed).
