Update Business Profile Open Status

Open a connected Google Business Profile, or mark it temporarily or permanently closed.

Closing permanently requires confirmation. When status is CLOSED_PERMANENTLY you must also send confirm=CLOSED_PERMANENTLY. A permanent closure is very hard to undo through Google and should be treated as final.
