List Available Action Link Types

List the action link types a connected location is allowed to use. Use this before POST /v2/gbp/create-link/, because the valid set depends on the location's category.

When more results exist the response carries a next_token. Pass it back as next_token to fetch the next page. When it is absent you have reached the end.
