Twilio Sms

Handle inbound SMS from Twilio. Twilio sends form-encoded data, not JSON.

Flow:

  1. Parse TO number → look up PhoneNumber → get org
  2. Cross-check AccountSid matches org's subaccount SID
  3. Verify X-Twilio-Signature using org's auth token
  4. Parse FROM number → look up Contact in that org
  5. Check for STOP → set sms_opt_out on contact
  6. Dispatch to Lucy for AI processing + response
