Ses Events

Handle SES event notifications delivered via SNS. Covers 3 message types:

  1. SubscriptionConfirmation — one-time handshake with SNS
  2. Notification (Bounce/Complaint/Reject) — deliverability tracking
  3. Notification (Inbound Email) — reply routing to Lucy

SNS sends JSON with Content-Type: text/plain.
