Start a live stream immediately for the specified project.

Prerequisites:

• Project must have at least one streaming destination configured
• Project cannot be in plugin mode (use web interface for plugin mode)
• All destination tokens must be valid (re-authenticate expired tokens)
• Project cannot have an existing active or scheduled stream
• User must have available concurrent stream capacity

Metadata Requirements:

• YouTube streams require a title

Notes:

• This endpoint always starts immediately, ignoring any scheduled date on the project
• Use the Schedule Live endpoint for scheduled streams
