Mint a short-lived scoped token whose scopes limit what the holder can do, e.g. install a specific asset on a device through the registry. It is bound to the authenticated caller's organization, and keeping the returned id lets you revoke the token before it expires.

Revoke a scoped token by the id returned when it was minted, so the token stops working even though it has not expired. Repeating the call is a no-op, and an id that was never minted is accepted: nothing records the tokens we mint, so an unknown id simply never matches one.
