Take the rows from a source
Return the stored rows we already hold as JSON, CSV, a markdown row table, a parsed HTTP(S) link list, or a stored-row HTML table. The HTML representation is a table of stored row values, not the upstream page HTML. Up to eight rows are public without a key. More rows or a full stored-row export needs a free key from POST /v1/keys in an Authorization Bearer header. Each free key includes 1,500 rows per UTC day. At the limit, HTTP 402 carries usable x402 terms only when payment is configured; otherwise it states that payment is unavailable and gives the UTC reset and anonymous sample URL. Every row is dated and attributed. CSV exports prefix formula-like cells with a single quote and quote embedded line breaks, commas, and double quotes.

Path parameters
Query parameters
Representation of the stored rows. markdown-row-table and html-row-table are tables built from stored row values, not upstream page content. stored-row-links includes only cell values that parse as absolute HTTP(S) URLs.
Headers
After the free key's daily allowance is exhausted, choose an accepts[] entry from PAYMENT-REQUIRED, sign it, echo that exact entry as paymentPayload.accepted, and retry with the resulting header. Do not send this header when PAYMENT-REQUIRED is absent.
Response
Stored rows in the requested representation. JSON is the default; stored-row-links is JSON metadata plus parsed stored-row links.
