Request a paid forced fresh read

Start without PAYMENT-SIGNATURE to receive the currently configured USDC terms in HTTP 402, then retry with the signed header. A Bearer key with fresh-read credits is the alternative paid rail. A successful request returns 202 and no rows; poll the stored-rows URL for the next published snapshot.

Required when paying with fresh-read credits; ignored by the x402 rail.

Response

Forced reread accepted. The body contains a ticket and the free stored-rows URL to poll; it contains no rows.
