Render-impression beacon for the publisher widget
Public, credential-free, sent via navigator.sendBeacon when the widget renders. Pure analytics — creates PublisherImpression rows (IP stored hashed), never mutates Click / News.clicks / AdCreative counters. Origin must match the publisher's allowed_origins or the request is silently dropped (204). Body: {pk, items: [{news_id, unit_kind}], page_url}.
