Editorial-unit click beacon for the publisher widget
Public, credential-free, sent via navigator.sendBeacon when a reader clicks an editorial 'Related Crypto News' link in the widget (those links are direct canonical article URLs and never hit /redirect/, so this is the only place their click is recorded). The SPONSORED unit does NOT call this — its click is recorded once by the browser following its /redirect/ link. Returns 204 always (origin mismatch / bad news_id / a news_id that has a live sponsored AdCreative all → silent 204 with no row). Records a Click row with click_type='publisher_editorial' + publisher FK + utm_source=publisher_<id>; increments News.clicks; never touches AdCreative.click_count.
