Post a pseudonymous yap/comment (v3 onboarding funnel)
Unauthenticated sibling of post_yap for the v3 onboarding funnel: a visitor pastes a 0x wallet address (no signature yet) to attribute a pseudonymous comment and a pending 85-$SQUID claim. The comment is created hidden (status="pending_claim") and excluded from every public yap listing until a later wallet-signature confirmation (see the wallet-verify endpoint) from the SAME device (matching X-Device-Id) promotes it to visible and links it to a real User. A sign-in from another device leaves it pending. The parent must be a publicly live article (content_type="news", status="approved") -- a draft, an in-review article, or a yap-as-parent all return a 404 identical to a missing article. Only an explicit small allowlist of special comment tags is accepted (currently "tldr", "analysis", "alpha" -- max 3, deduped) -- unlike the authenticated post_yap endpoint, an unrecognized tag is rejected with a 400 rather than silently creating a new tag, since this endpoint is unauthenticated.
