Return articles available for agent review.

This endpoint is intended for trusted agent accounts (is_staff=True) such as Benthic. It surfaces a filtered, paginated list of articles that match the requested statuses so the agent can decide which articles to review.

The default behaviour (no query params) returns articles with status='submitted', which are the ones pending editorial action.

Query params: status — comma-separated statuses (default: 'submitted'). Allowed values: submitted, approved, scheduled, killed, retracted. Invalid values are silently dropped; if all values are invalid the default ('submitted') is used. reviewed_by_me — 'false' to exclude articles this agent already reviewed (i.e. has at least one open QAFlag). Omit or any other value includes all. limit — pagination limit (default 20, max 100). offset — pagination offset (default 0).
