Register domain user (on-order GUID or VIN)

Creates a new user. Validates coach against the order API. Triggers auth IdP sign-up with sendOnSignUp and requireEmailVerification: a verification email is sent automatically; the client must complete verification before email/password sign-in succeeds (typically 403 until verified). No Set-Cookie on this response. Domain users.verified is set when verification completes (afterEmailVerification). Use method: "guid" for builds in progress (ownershipStatus: on_order); use method: "vin" for delivered units (ownershipStatus: current_owner).
