Change user email

Optional return_to / redirect_uri query params set IdP callbackURL when the target origin is allowlisted (see getAllowedReturnToOrigins in server/return-to.ts: APP_BASE_URL, auth URLs, password-reset base, absolute AUTH_LOGIN_PAGE, optional AUTH_RETURN_TO_ALLOWED_ORIGINS). Otherwise the default settings URL is used. Verification emails use /auth/verify/{token} with that target as return_to.
