Get club member directory

Member-facing directory: requires a current member of this club, or an admin. WordPress service credentials and API keys are not accepted. Responses are consent-filtered to verified members whose settings.shareContactDetails is exactly withTC or withAll, including consenting leaders. Filtering precedes pagination and counting. Cards are an explicit scalar allowlist and never full user records. This endpoint accepts pagination only; ordinary-member search must filter these bounded cards or use a separate member-facing search contract. Pagination defaults to limit=100 and offset=0; count/skip are deprecated aliases. The maximum limit/count is 500. Responses are not cacheable.
