Lists immediate folders and cursor-paginated human-facing files from Tally's canonical workspace. Internal program state is excluded.

Query parameters

Location scope. Omit for firm-only files (the default); a company organization UUID for that company; or the literal 'all' for the merged firm + every authorized company view (matching the MCP default of omitting the field).
