Preview a visible workspace file

Revalidates current access and returns bounded preview content without exposing stored-object keys. For a PDF or image the inline kind carries a stable, session-authorized relative app path (/api/v1/tally/files/{fileId}/preview?content=inline), not a signed or expiring URL; it is fetched with the same session and re-authorizes on every request. Other kinds return a CSV/XLSX row window, text excerpt, safe ZIP listing, or a download-only result.
