Campaigns

Create a supplier

Add a supplier to a campaign: which client it is, what it is called, and what it is paid per lead.

The supplier is created live. pricing.static is the price paid per accepted lead, and pricing.rules adds conditional prices, as the supplier's Pricing section does in the application: checked in order, the first that matches applies, otherwise static. The rules take the same shape as a buyer's, with two differences: the rule types are field and day_time (a supplier's price cannot depend on the supplier), and they are refused on a ping-post exchange, where a supplier is paid by its bid settings, and on a one-to-one campaign. Everything else a supplier can carry - filters, caps, notes - has its own endpoint.

The client comes from GET /v2/clients, or from creating one.
