Refresh an ID token (deprecated)

Deprecated: Use POST /auth with grant_type=refresh_token instead. This endpoint is kept for backward compatibility. It answers with a Deprecation: true response header and a Link header with rel="successor-version"; no removal date has been set, so no Sunset header is sent yet.

Exchange a refresh token for a new ID token. This is a free endpoint — no x402 payment required.
