Company profile: CIK, ticker history, listing status

One company as Kresmion tracks it: the SEC CIK, the EDGAR filing-address country, the reporting regime (domestic or foreign private issuer), every former ticker (renamed_from, ticker_history), whether it still trades (trading, and for a closed company listing_status with the SEC forms behind it), and how many filings Kresmion holds. A former ticker resolves to the current row and resolved_via says so. No market-data-vendor field (sector, price, market cap) is served here.
