SEC filings of one company, newest first

Filings Kresmion holds for one company: accession number, form, filing date, the SEC acceptance time, the EDGAR folder (sec_url), the filing index page and the primary document. excerpt_count is how many short excerpts /v1/filings/{accession}/excerpts can return. Filter by form (comma-separated, exact, e.g. 10-K,10-K/A) and since (filing date). Bounded: limit at most 200, page with offset; meta.total is the full match count.

Ticker (NVDA), a former ticker (BK resolves to BNY; a closed company resolves to its <T>.D row), or a CIK.

Comma-separated form types, exact match (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, 20-F, 6-K, 10-K/A ...).

sincestring date nullable

Only filings filed on or after this date (YYYY-MM-DD).
