Update List

Update mutable list-level settings.

Issue #391 — currently the only mutable field is enable_daily_monitoring, the daily-snapshot opt-out flag. The list-detail UI's toggle calls this endpoint when the operator flips the switch. Partial updates only: keys absent from the body are left untouched on the persisted row.
