Update Member

Update the list-local triage state, tags, or notes for a member.

GitHub #376 — triage_state (untriaged | shortlisted | passed) is the operator's per-list evaluation verdict. Outreach funnel status is NOT settable here: it lives in the CRM (DBKolConversation) and the decision surface reads it from there.
