Bulk Re Engage Route

Bulk-generate re-engagement drafts for a list of KOL usernames.

Workspace member only. Caps the batch at 50 usernames to keep both LLM cost and round-trip predictable; over the cap → 400. Drafts are persisted as ai_generated=True events on the conversation timeline (one conversation per (workspace, platform, handle); the service helper is idempotent on that triple).

Pre-charges 0.1 credit per username, rounded up to a whole credit via math.ceil, through the unified charge() orchestrator (workspace pool first, then personal Supabase profile). Insufficient credits → 402.
