Agent wallet daily spend

Average daily spend per agent wallet over the last 7 days — falling back to 30 when the 7-day window is empty — plus the day-by-day series when agentId narrows the query to a single wallet. Consumers divide their own balance by this rate to obtain a runway; the API never returns one.

Length of the returned series, in days ending today (UTC). Ignored for the per-wallet rates, which always use their own 7/30-day windows.
