Daily per-billing-period cumulative series for Approved workflows and extracted rows (teams and organizations)

For each of the last N days, the Approved-workflow count, weighted slot usage, and extracted-row sum accumulated since the start of the billing period that day falls in, resetting at each renewal anniversary (a sawtooth across renewals). approved = distinct workflows with at least one FINISHED non-preview run in [periodStart(day), day]; approvedSlots sums their multipliers; rows sums total_records. The series is run-fact-based, so it are drift-free and fully backfilled. At today, approved equals currentContractActiveWorkflows and rows equals currentPeriodExtractedRows from the quotas endpoint.
