Get observability run metrics for a workspace
Returns per-workflow reliability for enterprise workspaces over the last N UTC calendar days including today. The top level covers scheduled workflows (success rate, records delivered, mean time to recover, lifecycles) and the workspace's tickets. realtime covers realtime monitors (measured uptime, incidents and current status, paused ones included) and is null when the workspace has none. Complete days come from a daily aggregate; today is computed live. Workflow lifecycles come from stored per-workflow milestones advanced with the audit rows written since the nightly pass.
