List admin queue tasks

Returns pending tasks for administrators who have open review work in active campaigns. Each task represents a campaign where identities are awaiting an administrator-stage decision.

Use this endpoint to build an admin task list or dashboard showing campaigns that need attention, along with progress and due dates.

Pagination

  • skip — Number of records to skip (default 0)
  • limit — Page size (default 10, maximum 100)

Sorting — campaign_name, start_date, due_date, review_progress_percent. Prefix with - for descending. Defaults to due date ascending.

Filtering — Repeat filter for multiple clauses.

  • taskType:eq:user_review — Pending user review tasks (currently the only supported type)
  • scopeType:eq:application|group — Filter by review scope type (alias: targetType)
  • campaignName:eq:<name> or campaignName:search:<substring> — Filter by campaign name

Query parameters

skipinteger

Number of results to skip

Number of records to skip before returning results (Collection API pagination offset).

limitinteger

Maximum number of results to return

Maximum number of records to return per page (Collection API).

Default is 10 when omitted. Maximum is 100.

sortstring

Sort expression for the collection. Prefix a field with - for descending order (for example, -created_at).

Supported fields vary by endpoint — see the operation description for allowed sort keys.

filterstring[]

Collection filter clause(s) in field:operator:value form. Repeat the query parameter to combine multiple clauses (logical AND).

Operators: eq, ne, search, in, nin (availability varies by field).

Examples:

  • filter=status:eq:scheduled
  • filter=name:search:quarterly
  • filter=decision:eq:pending&filter=remediationAction:eq:scheduled
