Add Version

Make an uploaded video the new current version of this piece.

Upload the file first (POST /v2/media/upload/request, PUT, then POST /v2/media/{media_id}/upload/complete), then send its media_id here. Earlier versions stay listed and playable. Refused with 409 (reason: piece_is_final) once the piece has been published. Any launch waiting for, or holding, an owner approval is sent back for approval.

Access: CONTENT_EDIT on the piece's workspace (whoever can edit the piece).
