Sign Off Version

Back-compatible alias of POST .../approval with decision approved. Records the sign-off as before (who, which version, when, in what capacity; signing again replaces your earlier sign-off) AND an approved decision in the version's history.

Access: CONTENT_REVIEW on the piece's workspace (since 2026-10-18; it was CONTENT_VIEW, so a viewer, editor, publisher or manager could sign off).
