A tool run completed and the result file is ready

Fires when any tool-run job finishes successfully. The data block carries the output file ID + download URL. Retries: 3 attempts with exponential backoff (1m, 5m, 25m). Treat 2xx as success; any other status triggers retry.

Changes

Webhooks have no change history: a webhook is keyed by its event name rather than a path and method, so no recorded change can name it.
