Run the AI agent orchestrator

Submits a prompt to the orchestrator. The agent plans steps, calls tools from the registry, and returns the final result. Set stream: true and consume the SSE stream at /public/agent/jobs/{jobId}/stream for live tokens + tool calls.

Opaque client-chosen string ≤255 chars. Identical key + body replays cached response within 24h.
