Poll an agent run's status and result

Returns the run's current status (queued/running/paused_approval/ complete/error/cancelled), a done boolean, its result payload once finished, and any error. Use this to recover the outcome if the SSE stream (/jobs/{jobId}/stream) was dropped. Scoped to the job's owner.
