Looks up tweets by ID and returns public text, timestamps, metrics, language, and expanded author profiles. Same read-only X API v2 backend as tweets; accepts tweet_ids or ids.

FederationResourceInput required

Parameters for the target resource, forwarded verbatim upstream. The accepted fields differ per resource; list them with GET /api/marketplace/apis. Sending an empty object returns a 402 quote for that resource.
