Generates a QR code from arbitrary text (URL, vCard, WiFi join string, plain text) and returns it as a base64-encoded PNG (default) or SVG.

FederationResourceInput required

Parameters for the target resource, forwarded verbatim upstream. The accepted fields differ per resource; list them with GET /api/marketplace/apis. Sending an empty object returns a 402 quote for that resource.
