List agents in the principal's org.

Strict visibility rules (mirrored from AgentService.list_agents): only agents the caller owns, agents shared org-wide, or agents explicitly shared with the caller are returned. NULL-owner rows are hidden from everyone. Ephemeral board clones are excluded.

Cursor-paginated via limit / cursor query params.
