Destroy an agent

Destroy an agent and clean up all resources.

Removes the Proxmox LXC container, WireGuard tunnel, SSH pool registration, and snapshots. force=true destroys even if the agent is currently running. This is a soft delete: the record remains readable via GET /agents/{id} afterward with status: "destroyed" (it does not 404). See that endpoint.
