List the measurements a pipeline ran against

What each element read, and over what window.

A measurement can be extended or superseded after a run, so the window is what says which data a result was computed from. Each entry carries the measurement's current span alongside, so a caller can tell at a glance when it has outgrown the window the run used.

Empty means the pipeline read no stored measurement: new pipelines record what they read at create, and the backfill covers every older one.

The measurement the element's config named.

measurement_namestring

Its name; the recorded snapshot when it is deleted.

element_idstring required

The element that read it.

element_namestring

That element's name.

element_orderinteger

Its 1-based position in the pipeline.

time_range_startnumber nullable

Inclusive lower bound of the window used, in seconds.

time_range_endnumber nullable

Inclusive upper bound of the window used, in seconds.

current_duration_snumber nullable

Seconds the measurement's data covers now.

measurement_deletedboolean nullable

True when deleted, false when visible, and null when the caller cannot distinguish deletion from lack of measurement access.
