Der Zugang ist account-gebunden: ohne hinterlegte Zugangsdaten oder bei deaktivierter Quelle antwortet der Endpunkt mit 200 source_status="disabled". Tier A. Toter Upstream ohne Cache -> 503 mit Hint.
