Add a live data slide (menu, queue, scores) to a slideshow

Adds a live data slide built from a template: {"templateId": "...", "durationSeconds": 10, "position": 0, "createPushKey": true} (only templateId is required). For a template that takes pushed data (dataMode: push), a Push source is created for the slide and returned as sourceId; createPushKey: true also returns a push-only key for it (pushKey, shown once). Send data with POST /v1/sources/{sourceId}/data; the slide stays hidden until the first push. For a template fed by a fetched source, pick the source afterwards with PATCH /v1/slides/{id} (sourceId).
