Replace a slideshow with a new version of the PowerPoint or PDF

Destructive: replaces the slideshow's PowerPoint or PDF with a new one (multipart/form-data, a single file part, up to 100 MB). Media slides, live data slides and slideshow settings are kept. Page settings (duration, hidden) and visibility rules stay with page numbers the new file still has; those for pages past its end are removed. Queues a re-render; watch renderStatus.
