Add trusted phone numbers

Add phone numbers to the trusted list of a blocking configuration, identified by the configId path parameter. Numbers that are already trusted are left unchanged.

ID of the blocking configuration to which the trusted phone numbers belong.

Phone numbers to add to the trusted phone numbers list. They should be in international format without leading plus sign.
