Remove trusted phone numbers

Remove phone numbers from the trusted list of a blocking configuration, identified by the configId path parameter.

ID of the blocking configuration to which the trusted phone numbers belong.

Phone numbers to remove from trusted phone number list for a given blocking configuration. A phone number must be in international format without the leading plus sign.
