Examiner case file (JSON) with its SHA-256

The case file's data: case record, current priority, score explanation, screening history and the full decision timeline (case lifecycle, notes, hash-chained audit entries). sha256 is over data as canonical JSON (sorted keys, no whitespace) and matches the hash printed on export.pdf.
