Request Trial License

Request a Linux self-hosted free-trial license for the calling grid's tenant (broker-authenticated).

The ib-manager sends the device key the coordinator generated; we run it through ibLicenseGenerator and return the signed .ib_lic file, which the manager then activates. Idempotent and capped at one trial per tenant: an existing Linux trial is returned as-is; a new one is not minted.
