Get Builds Duration Percentiles Over Time

Get p50/p95 build duration aggregated over time, plus the discrete period-level p50/p95 over the entire filtered range.

Accepts: start_date, end_date, grid_id, build_group_id filters. Resolution (hour/day/week) is auto-calculated based on date range: <2 days = hour, 2-60 days = day, >60 days = week. Per-bucket p50/p95 are null (not 0) for buckets with no completed builds/workflows. period is computed independently over the whole range, not derived from the buckets.
