Get Builds Cache Hit Rate Over Time

Get cache hit/miss rate aggregated over time.

Accepts: start_date, end_date, grid_id filters only. Returns per-period cache hit and miss counts plus hit/miss rates. Rates are calculated based on total cache attempts (hits + misses). Resolution (hour/day/week) is auto-calculated based on date range.
