Deletes the conversation on the platform when it can, and always in Inboxapp. The response's scope says which happened.

scope'remoteAndLocal' | 'local' required

remoteAndLocal when the conversation was also deleted on the platform. local when only Inboxapp's copy was, because the platform can't delete it or it never existed there.
